 urse, it is packed full of skills and ideas that can be immediately impleme
 nted by the beginning facilitators or the seasoned pro, alike. Highly exper
 iential - this workshop teaches participants the value and risks of leading
  by example in group facilitation. Participants commonly share that they ar
 e impacted both professionally and personally by the skills and processes p
 resented in this experience. This workshop has proven to be a valuable team
 -building process for organizations as well as for individuals looking to i
 mprove their facilitation skills. Victim advocates, BIP facilitators, educa
